Not USAA, a subcontractor that gets a percentage if they can raise your rates by badgering your with questions.
USAA Voice recorder aaking me to return the call back, so they can "update" our auto policy information. The area code was 727 (Clearwater, Fl)
This is MasterCard services. You could lower the rate on your credit card.
... if they only ask you for information that is on file, then why call at all? Why not just send me a message through the USAA website like they do for mortgage and investments? Ask me to go to the site, login, and then take me to a page with all the data fields they need reviewed, and ask me to verify/edit, and then require me to check on a "verified as accurate" radial button or something? I do not like the calls and it is so easy to move to others these days. 34 years of USAA'ness would be a shame to toss in the bin, and my wife's account and both teenage kids account would migrate with me.
Now look at Professional Survey Inc's (the caller's) website professionalsurveys.com and you can see the first item under performance is "Identifying policy uprate potential". They are all about bringing in incremental income to their clients like USAA.
