Submit a complaint to the BBB. They will cease calls within a few days. It is in fact their collections department making these calls.

Caller ID said Macys Bloomies, they call every 2 hours they leave no messages. Blocked this number then they used another number with the same caller ID.

It'd Macy's collections. I just downloaded a call blocker from the app store and it seems to be working but they are getting smarter and calling me from in state numbers now to fool me into thinking it's a legitimate call and answer the phone

Use android app MrNumber to block all calls from area code 513 and 727 and never shop at Macy's again

Keeps calling my sons cell phone 10 to 11 times a day and he doesn't even have a Macy's account, he doesn't even have any credit cards. IT's a scam! Trying to get credit card numbers.

called and left no message. I get calls from them often, but since I do not recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail. Never do they leave a message.
