I have been getting their calls lately, and when I answer they hang up. I call back and it says all our operators are busy please hold. And I hold and hold forever and no one came. I feel better that I am not the only one that gets these calls.

Started receiving calls yesterday. Caller ID is MCCS. I picked up the third call but nobody answered.

I called Macy's and they don't know what I'm talking about. They said there's never been a late payment on my account. I have no balance due. According to their account, they have not contacted me.
They said all they can do is note in my acct. that I'm complaining of being harrassed by this #.

DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION. They called and said that my macys bill is over due. but I do not have a macys card. When I called them back and told the representative(who sounded like he was in some third world country) he said that he could not here me and hung up. I called back from th same number but it appears they have an auto blocking system because it puts on hold fo eternity with no respones. called from a diffrent number and wala! new representative also from some crap hole country... I told her that my bill was over due. she requested mt payment info starting with my billing address. I told her it was 8445 W Shove it up ur rear lane. needless to say she hung up

I have been receiving phone calls from MCCS at 1-727-556-7300. They call at hours as late as 9:00pm and as early as 8:25am. Sometimes it calls 3 times within 4 minutes if you do not answer I notice on my caller ID pad, in the same day. They have no concept about life, because they are too much into scaming in my opinion to leave any message.

They called my house while I was at work and said that our Macy's bill was overdue and not paid and that they were Macy's calling. My husband unfortunately believed them and gave them our debit card to pay the Macy's bill and then called me at work to see what the deal was in not paying the Macy's bill on time!! He knows that I always pay it on time and pay it in full so why he was so stupid to do this, I have no idea. Now he's at the bank, trying to make sure we don't get ripped off and getting a new debit card. This is a disaster. Everyone please beware. If I had been home, I would have known better.

I have been recieving multiple calls from this number and either get recording and many times it is silent calling all times of day/night. How do I get this to stop?

They keep calling for several months. Several times a day. They ask for Jose.

Some say this is Macy's collection. We don't have an account with Macy's.

This must be a scam!

This is Macy's Credit Authority. They call because you probably haven't payed your bill on time. Trust me, if you have not payed your bill in over 25 days they will call you and call you until you have made a payment of some amount, preferably the whole bill. Just continue to make payments the best you can and they will leave you alone.
