Stop calling 260-637-4904. They called me 6 times on Sunday, November 21 but would not tell me the name of the company. The call is from MCCS at 727-556-7300. They tried to get me to give them a debit or credit card. Of course I did not. The calls began again on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 11:23 a.m. This is harassment.

Won't stop calling me either. They call about every 3/4 hour until about 10pm, and they start at 7:30am. So far have not answered the phone, even though I have been tempted to, and after reading this won't. So Thanks everyone

MCCS began calling our house almost 2 weeks ago. They've called at least twice a day since then. They are calling about our daughter's Macy's card. she left, the day they started calling, on a two week honeymoon out of the country. I told them this the first time they called 2 weeks ago. I was assured they would not all again for 2 weeks. They lied, they've called multiple times every day. They've been rude, they've hung up on me, they've assured me they are not breaking any rules. They've admitted they are in India and that this will damage her credit rating. I've filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney General's Office (and they have contacted Macy's) and the Columbus, Ohio BBB.

I spoke to my daughter on the phone and let her know about the harrassment she has been receiving. She said her Macy's account has been nothing but a headache. She opened it when they registered for their wedding, if you have a Macy's credit card you get 5% back of everything purchased off your registry. It's not worth the hassle we're going through.

The caller told me this will affect her credit rating - but her statement came and I opened it. SHe has a balance of $58 and owes $15, it is not over due. When I spoke to her today she told me she's called Macy's several times to have the statement billing address changed to their new house address rather than our home and it doesn't get changed. That she's gotten calls that say she's overdue but when she calls they tell her she is not.

Also, she's been receiving several calls a day on her cell phone from Florida. From reading about MCCS on the web, their number is in Florida but they are in India (as they told me) and they've screwed up a lot of other people's accounts. Somehow Macy's, when they contracted out their credit services - to HCL Tech in India messed up a lot of accounts, they show a flag for being overdue which prompts these cards when the accounts are not overdue.

We cannot get them to stop calling us.

These guys call every 90 mins on average.

727 556 7300 These People call the time, if you call them and they don't say who they are they will say something different everytime. They claim to be macys but all they want is your information for identity theft. I checked with the actual Macy's and they say this is not a number they use. These people will not stop calling at all hours of the day and night even though I have been very nasty and even offered death threats.

Yeah - it is Macys. Calling me 8 times a day isn't going to get me paid any ealier tho'

I just got a call from this #. I called back, it goes to an automated answering service but it doesnt even say the comapany name or anything, just "PLEASE HAVE YOU CUSTOMER INFO READY"... no options, just puts you on hold, for a long time... I searched this # all thru the internet, some say Macy's, some say Verizon Florida. They didn't leave a message or anything... seems very fishy....

I have a Macy's card and so from another post I called the number and I am attempting to get my number removed also from these types of calls. I hope it works.

this # they stare call me two weeks ago I don't know what can i say they call me even a weekend day n night with in 10 days 58 calls i realy don't know what they want, the even don't live a message i cant even sleep. b/c of their calls. when i pick the call they don't say anything, it's realy dumbset thing ever.

I've had it up to my eyeballs w/ this company. Total scam! Every time I ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold forever or hang up on me. I've asked the representatives to remove me from the list twice, no dice. Ten calls a day.... Argh!!!!

Been receiving calls from this number repeatedly on my work BlackBerry for the past 2 weeks. Same story as everyone else. Get a recording to hold and then they connect you to someone who's not quite able to communicate well. They say it's about a Macy's card and wanted me to verify information. Sounds sketchy! I do have a Macy's account, but it has zero balance and is not even linked to this phone number (linked to my home number).

they call my work phone 10+ times a day - don't know who they are. Very annoying.
