Rec'd a call from this number. I answered since the CID read Spectrum who I just spoke to a couple of days ago. There was so much noise in the background (voices, etc), I hung up, blocked my number & called back. The auto-attendant answered, thanked me for calling & said someone would be with me shortly. Not the typical call where you're prompted with a series of questions to get to the area you want. Eventually, I heard the same noisy background, a guy clearing his voice. After approx 1 minute, he thanked me for calling Spectrum & wanted to know how he could help me. I hung up, called Spectrum, & made them aware of the call. The number isn't there's, they checked to see if there was any reason for them to call, there wasn't. They thanked me and are investigating the number/call. I've blocked the number. It does not belong to Spectrum.
