Phishing Incident - called saying they were from verizon and needed to authenticate the user of the phone number to verify suspecious activity on the account that included the purchase of 2 iphones. They sent the authentication number via verizon text system and then SIM swap my number. so all calls and text are routed to the hackers, including all email and bank authentication calls/text. they provided name and agent number which were obviously fake but painted a valid call.
Says that it is Verizon and I will receive $50 gift card and 2 months of free service

Phishing scam; claiming they’re from Version calling about my account. May have fallen for it if I actually had Version and not another carrier.
