800 237 3901 They Claim to be from Iyogi, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, they want remote access to force you to pay ransom, They try many different ways to get you to download what they call updates.....After speaking with the FCC/FBI this is the infamous ransom scam, Tell them you are the FBI and They have called a recorded line....they hang up real fast.....BEWARE BEWARE, make sure your WIFI is secure....they can trap your WIFI if you answer and use your IPhone or Smart Phone when they call...Pisses them off I stillusemy flip phone for the house......LMAO.....or buy yourself a whistle....(Police Whistle) Blow it hard....he is wearing a head set..it will break his ear drums.....

Repeated calls from iyogi. Asked to remove my phone no from their list. Finally said they would but to no avail. Still getting daily calls.

I use them for my computer tech. Support needs. They seem to do a good job. They do high pressure sales though once ur on the phone which I don't like but I've not been cheat by them. Not yet anyway. I would use them in the future as well.

They say that we owe them $467.50. We took the software that they installed and installed an up-to-date antivirus software package and thay still call about the money owed. They say that they have the FBI hacked and the FBI will do nothing about the complaint. I say that they are fronts for the Taliban and the Al-qida terrorist network and the US government does not care the this is happening.

Yes this is iyogi support but they DO NOT scam you or take your credit card info. They are Dell advanced support.
