On Jan 15, 2013, a caller not identifying herself stated she was from Dell and wanted to walk me through an update on my computer. Fortunately I was not hoe at the time and my computer was not powered up. She said she would call back on Friday Jan 18. I doubt that will happen.

Called at 10:45 at night hung up when I wanted a supervisor. My Husband gets up at 4:30 in the morning
they call when you answer no one on the other side
I called them back to see what they wanted and ask why they do that they hung up
