I was skeptical, then they provided me my express service code AND service tag number

When you make it clear you dont believe them they hang up

I get at least 6-7 calls a day from this number on my cell, I don't answer and would like for them to stop calling!

Few times I got calls from Unknown number to fix the my laptop, they knew the name and phone number. They started asking me to install software. I resisted not to talk to them if call is from unknown number. Last few times they started calling from 1800-425-0088 and talk inappropriately at 3.22pm 4/8/16 EST.

they got me a year ago,had service tag # and then my computer whited out and locked1 had to pay them 184.00 to get it back on! I did not no they put the virus in it in the first place! now they are calling again and computer works perfect.they can kiss ole rossie!!!!

Someone just called and tried to get a member of my household to call the phone number. He claimed to be with dell. At first he said his name was Steve. He slipped up and said his name is Jack. He had an Indian accent. The background was way to quiet to be the real Dell.

It's a SCAM! There is NOTHING wrong with your PC. The "errors" in the Event Viewer are not errors!

Trying to use an eventvwr scam where they act like they are dell. They actually have lots of real dell info, don't be fooled.
