Yes this is a total fake dell computer support call. You can tell its some worthless overseas middle east or india type foreigner with very bad broken English... I told him to get lost and never call me again, and also that if he was going to try to scam people in the USA, to learn to speak like an American at the very least, and then he began cussing me as I hung up on him.

Fake Dell Support, I told them I wouldn't do what they asked me to do on my computer. They said you will or we'll keep calling so I blocked their number.

They called me but I knew they were a scam I didn't give them any information. I'm majoring information technology I would never forgive myself if a hacker fooled me

Told me I automatically downloaded malicious software to my computer. I asked them how they knew that, if they got my information from the malicious software, said I was registered with them (I did give my info and service tag to dell about 6 months ago over the phone, but have not used that computer since). They knew my name. Did dell have a security breach? Did they sell my info? I told them my computer is fine and never call me again. Obvious sales pitch or scam.
