It starts out to say we have an important message

Called,and I let go to cm. Recording said to call the number...they didn't even ask for my name or anyone else...will be blocking

i never answer unknown #s let it go to voice mail, collection agency leaves a different # so I called person on the phone would not identify himself nor the name of his company, WTF !!!!!!

I have communicated with these people to stop calling me. This is the second time since notifying them.

Theses people called my cell phone and asked for my mother. I said I was her daughter. I asked who he was and he said Paragon Revenue Group. He had an accent and talked real fast and was rude. He told me he was trying to collect a medical bill and told me to fax my power of attorney to him before he would tell me about it. No freaking way. He was really rude. If this is a legitimate business, they need to train their collectors better. He sounded like he was from India or somewhere like that. I am in US.

It's always an automated call that goes straight to vm.

Seems I heard that if you tel some SOB Bill Colletor or some other Jerk to NOT CALl, there is a FTC Rule That they can be cited with.........Got a call from Paragon and wanted to confirm my DOB........ask who the hell they were and they wouldn't tell me unless I confirmed my DOB. They wanted to argue and I HUNG UP IN THEIR EAR.........However I DON'T OWE ANYBODY ANYTHING _ EVER - so wait till they call again......FTC WILL GET THE CASE.

Very annoying and persistent

I have the number blocked so it goes straight to voicemail and it's always an automated message so I delete it.

After 2 previous calls from them and advising them not to call my number again they once again called me at 8:14 AM on Monday Jan 9th 2017. This woman had some set of balls on her to be calling before 9 AM. I have worked at call centers and know the laws of what times they can call. They also sent me a letter in the mail with no return address on it and when you look through the window it is printed on paper that looks more like a check. This company is very persistent. I am surprised they haven't sent someone to my home to knock on my door.
