Keeps calling several times a day, asking for Alejandro Rodriguez. Have no idea who or why they keep calling. Called the number back to stop receiving these calls
and they have no record of my number. Ugh

They called ask for me by my name than said they were a debt collector and wanted me verify my number and I just hung up this is so annoying I went back to the number and hit the edit button than blocked the number again wish these people get a real job.

It's like they call a million times a day. It's on my last nerve.

This 1-800-560-6169 number keeps calling me. I didn't answer the first time, because I figured it was a telemarketer. They left a voicemail stating they are looking for a Chrissy/Christy Myers (mssg not very clear). Then, they say to call 1-800-560-7994 if you are NOT that person. To state who the mssg was for, the # that was called, the date and time it was called, that they would remove your number from their records. They have called 4-5 times in the last 5-6 days. I've called 3-4 times to let them know that I'm NOT Chrissy/Christy Myers and that I've never heard of them. Yet they keep calling and keep calling. This is so annoying! I have no clue who Chrissy/Christy Myers is. It would be awesome if these people would actually do what they claim they will do when you call the 800-560-7994 # and actually update their records! Ugg!

supposedly a debt collection agency for hospitals ..i told the guy i couldn't afford to pay any of it right as i am not working at the moment and then he had the nerve to ask me how i was able to live without a job and i told him its none of his business if i had the money i would pay but i dont and i think keeping my lights and food in my home is more important right now so he tells me i have 30 days to pay so i called him a jerk

They call, want to verify by using personal information, You CALLED me...don't you know who you're calling? So rude! Started out pronouncing my name as "Bathroom" IDIOT! Then proceeds to tell me all my address, birthday, etc. And says, is this you about a dozen times I said yes. I asked what the call was regarding and he calls me sir instead of miss...he tells me I need to give HIM more of my personal information before he tells me why he's calling. WTF??? ARe you kidding me??????? I'M WORKING AND YOU'RE BOTHERING ME WITH THIS CRAP?? Ugh, I am livid. This call really set me off. They need more people to report how awful their reps are mishandling information and conversations. Try to hire someone intelligent and not these immigrants for crying outloud!

They are paragon revenue group, They are a collection agency for hospitals they called me about my x-wife hospital bill, told him could check about divorce, not to call back or I would sue for harassment .

They called me and I didn't answer the phone because I didn't recognize the number. I never answer 800 numbers unless i know who it is. They left a voice mail and they still didn't tell me much and I'm not calling them back either.

She asked for me and asked for a social but told me i was lying to her.....i just told you my real last 4 digits. Needs Home Training! Learn how to confirm more professionally! It realy was me speaking haaaaaaa

they won't say enough they are just ask for the person who's number they're obviously know who is answering. Very rude people and ask personal info like ssn.

Asked for someone with same first name but different last name. so I asked if they could remove me from their call list since im obviously not the person they are asking for. he was very rude. he said " oh so its just a coincidence w called the person with the right name but not the same number, then I asked what DOB? he says 1968, I said nope sorry mine is 1980. you have the wrong person NOW can you remove me from your call list please? he says well im removing you from call list ... for today. we will call back later. UMMMM what?? I JUST told you (very politely) that im not that person!

Received a call from this number. Caller immediately asked if I was "name" and I in turn asked who was calling. She talked fast, jumbled and did not enunciate her words. I asked three times what the name of the company was and never did understand her clearly. She then said very rudely and defensively that she had told me three times already and that she wasn't going to talk to me anymore because I refused to identify myself. If a company cannot hire competent people with phone etiquette and people skills, they don't need to exist.

This is an agency used by New Hanover Regional Medical Center (Wilmington, NC hospital). They were pleasant enough with me and are working with me on my payment, as I am willing to worth with them to pay my ER visit bill. I can't afford the full balance all at once and the hospital won't deal with you if you can't pay in full, so they refer your account out to this group for manageable monthly payment options.

This just started yesterday and 'Please Hold' - Never heard of this group. Can you give an message - NO Are you this person- NO Can you give them a message - NO Are they around you - NO What part of DON'T KNOW THIS PERSON DON't YOU UNDERSTAND? I finally said I would pay this debt so heres my FOOD STAMP CARD NUMBER - They hung up.
