This is a scam and they have all my account info from my Dell purchase and my serial number. They even said "are you afraid this is a scam? And read of all my info. Heavy Indian accent. Wanted credit card number over phone. Dell needs to find out what employees are leaking info.

They called me today and told me I had an opportunity to enjoy a discount on my laptop warranty. Spend some time listening to a woman repeat the information again and again. It seems like a scam. Then I asked her what if I paid online, and she said I could only enjoy the promotion via phone. It is ridiculous! Don't believe that.

I got like 4 calls from this number almost from Tuesday to today, they said they are Dell service cuz I did buy a Dell laptop few month ago, they know all information about me and what I bought from Dell, they said I haven't pay for my laptop and ask my credit card number to pay 2000 dollar for it (my laptop didn't even worth that price).

Yes, I was called twice today by that number. I think some Dell employees must be freelancing on the side to scam Americans. They sounded East Indian on one call and Philipino on the next.

I received the call today. They said they are from Dell and they have all my information because I did fill a request to extend my warranty of my laptop! They offered me really ''good'' promotion but they asked me to pay by phone!! How ridiculous and I said could I pay online so that it would be safer for me but they insisted they just have this payment method and the promotion ended today! All they want is my credit card number and pay right now! Be careful!!!!!

Call came in on my cell phone ! Did not answer it. These people are in violation of the do not call program and if you answer you will lose minutes on your phone. They need to be reported to the FCC.

I received a call from them, but they asked me how do you feel today? I said, "Very busy," can you call me at midnight? Maybe I can answer, I do not have time for any strange voice or something that you want to sell me. I hang up. I have in my caller id, and know that I don't need to answer again. I think that I don't give sufficient time to make me questions,

Extended warranty scam. Do not answer. Warranty costs more than a new computer. Do not give them any information. i don't know how they find out you have a Dell computer.
