I received a call on 6/17/2011 from this number. They said it was Dell. I only gave them my email address. Fifteen minutes later, an email came through from "Dell," representative Juvielyn Lancion, with a quote for over $900 worth of merchandise. It said to go online to confirm the order. Something "smelled fishy," so I called the phone number on the official Dell website, NOT the one in the email. They confirmed that an order was placed. I told them to cancel it, but they gave me a hard time. They were very rude, insisting my husband must have placed the order. I threatened legal action, since only I have the right to use MY credit card, and finally Dell cancelled it. Had to cancel my credit card. Filed police report for second degree identity theft, and an FBI report at http://www.ic3.gov
They are not Dell, but they knew I had ordered from Dell the past month, and knew I had ordered a computer! They had access to my Dell account and made fraudulent charges against my credit card. If they call, hang up. Do not even confirm they have the correct number, and watch your credit card account like a hawk, and report to the FBI: http://www.ic3.gov
