It's ERC, an incompetent, unethical debt collection agency that buys old debt and uses only debtors' first and last names as references for dunning. If you have a popular name that's probably why they're calling you...remember - I said "Incompetent.".
Don't answer - they will be rude and insulting and will not quit dunning you until you pay whether you're really their target debtor or not...remember, I said "unethical."
