I had a voice mail stating they were from Verizon and I was eligible for a discount on my account. Since it was 5 days away from the time for my contract renewal, I stupidly logged in. It took me to the Verizon page. I chatted with a CSR rep who said she knew nothing about it. This was yesterday. Today all 4 lines on my account have been deactivated. I feel so stupid! I've always been careful about anything that didn't seem legit, but this didn't set off my warning alerts and now we have a mess. DO NOT CALL OR LOG IN TO YOUR VERIZON ACCOUNT AFTER THIS CALL!

Just got a call too this morning. Would be nice if this was handled. Not sure how anyone would think it's real. I don't even have verizon. If I were Verizon I'd be on top of this!

Received call yesterday on Verizon cell phone offering $354 Verizon credit to long onto www.vzw354.com to claim. Reported to Verizon fraud dept. Today, received a call on my home Verizon # 2x's within 20 minutes for now a $364 credit and log onto www.vzw364.com. Verizon knows it is a scam but is trying to track who they are as the offer and website info changes daily as well as the # they call from!

Called twice in ten minutes. Telling me l could save $364 on my bill this month. Big scam don't answer or log on. Woke my son up at 4 a.m on a school morning.

Same as everyone else, I called Verizon at their customer service number and they have no idea what it is. Don't log in.

Ditto, two calls 20 minutes apart leading to a recorded message - which is outdated since we no longer carry Verizon on the phones.

It was a recorded message stating that I could get $364 off of my Verizon phone bill if I contacted a certain number. I do have verizon wireless as a carrier, but I know that is not how they contact their subscribers. I am sick of these spam callers.

Recorded phishing message. They want you to go to a fake website and enter your account information so that they can hack your account. The FALSE promise is $364 dollars. Do not go to the website (it is fake) and do not enter your account information. It's a phishing scam

See attached for details. This was a phishing scam done in the name of Verizon Wireless, my cell provider, who claims the claimed $300 credit to my account was not true. My husband and I BOTH received calls at the same exact time for this.
