Worse company to deal with. They call from a lot of different numbers. They have other companies to do their business for them. You think your dealing the one company but your not its this company call Monitronics any they raise your bill in a few months and don't let you know tell it comes out of your checking account. Would like for them to stop calling.

I wrote a letter (AS DIRECTED) to cancel my services. They admit to receiving the letter but are now stating I was on a contract for an additional year. I advised them to pull the call and see where their agent failed to advise me I was still on a contract. They are calling me several times a day and from different numbers. I have advised them to stop calling me and the calls continue. Worse company to cancel services. They are harassing me. I have spoken to a supervisor, asked another supervisor to call (which they never did). All I asked was to pull the call. ...Can I say class action law suit? I paid you in full!

I have been flooded with phone calls from this same phone number. They asked for the Owner or Accounts Payable regarding our Vendi Security Monitoring Service. When I tried calling back they wanted the addresses to each of our offices. Couldn't get any answers out of them why they have been calling!

Was told to call back and talk to a Lee Johnson. When I called back they not only could not find my name but said Lee Johnson was not available and they could help me. Sure but you don't know who I am!!!!!!!!
