Refund scam attempt

This NOT a Spam number, it is the legit Verizon service number.

Showed fromm Verizon but a scam call

I just received a call from a man claiming to be Julian Harris, a fraud specialist with Verizon. He stated that someone from our account ordered an Iphone to be shipped to New York and gave me an address. I told him we didnt know anyone in NY. He ask for my phone number and I made a mistake by giving it to him and he ask for our zip. I received a text that said verizon on it with a password. He ask me for that password. I did NOT give him the password. At that point I had googled the phone number that I ask him to give me. It immediately came up SPAM. I told him i would go to my local store. He told me that was fine. I let him know that the number he gave me said it was spam. I then called Verizon and they said DO NOT give them the password.

Fake Verizon call

Called saying they were Verizon and that there was unusual activity on my account. I used online chat after logging in to my Verizon account and Verizon assured me there was no problem but they had similar calls.

Claims an account verification is required.

So my son's bank account was hacked. They made the purchase look like it was from Verizon. They took $98 and some change. Then they hijacked my E-mail, stating: "Secure PIN for generic request. Use Authorization Code to Complete the Request." Gave this bogus Verizon 800 number 800.922.0204. They make the Verizon E-mail look legit. Please always Google the 800 number first before calling it.

Scam

they called me so I went thru the motion to get to a live person. Knowing this is a scam I wanted to play a little. Added fake last 4 digits of my social and added a fake phone number. Automated came back and stated all workers were busy and to call back again in 20-30 minutes. DARN didn't get to play.

Scammmmm

received a call stating my verizon was suspended and they needed to verify my info. Clicked 2# and got disconnected. Called Verizon directly and found out this as a spam call. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO

Received 3 calls within a few minutes of each other, let each go to voicemail. Same prerecorded message each time concerning technical support. Did not call them back

Received a call on my cellphone. Recorded message said my Verizon account had been suspended and to follow instructions to reactivate. I hung up and checked my phone, my phone account works fine, my account is not suspended, do not give them any information. I received the call on June 1, 2019 @ 11:05am
