This is a scam claiming to be Verizon Fraud alert. Saying that my account was suspended due to possible fraudulent activity and then asking for information to verify who I am. The problem for them is that the robot voice sounded different and the usual good customer service was not there. I didn't give her any info and contacted Verizon myself. My account is fine. That was definitely a scam.
