They call our office several times a day. No one ever says anything, and there is no recording. If they're looking for a card holder, they should at least ask for that person. Pathetic.
Even though I have call control it does not compare, before the upgrade. I went to the setting to ignore the call, the disconnect feature know longer shows. I still receive 4 plus voice mails from this number per day. I'm confussed as the purpose of your service again. If it's not going to block, disconnect the call, and not allow the caller to reach my voice mail.
It calls just to irrate people! Act like they are down to their last dollar!
They call everyday numerous times, Sundays, early mornings, and even late at night like at 10 pm
Never had a Capital one card. The call multiple times a week. They have been told to stop but keep calling
