possible fraud. call back automated menu asks for credit card #. 'Linda' sometimes leaves a message. If you ask for Linda there is no one available by that name. Cannot verify that they are Capitol One, will not give them credit card number

Man asked if I was Michael. I asked what this was pertaining to. He again asked if this was Michael. I again asked what this pertained to. He finally told me his name (started with J, Jacob or something like that and he had an accent, not english speaking) and was this Michael. I said yes, what's this pertaining to. He finally said he was calling on behalf of Citi and said it was a special offer about my mastercard. I said I wasn't interested. He again said this was a special offer. I asked if he didn't hear what I said. He just acted like he didn't hear what I said. We're on the do not call list and have been since it started. He didn't seem to be listening. I asked to be taken off the list and I wasn't interested for about the 4th time. He then hung up on me.
