They never stop calling, what a pain in the butt.

have NOTHING WITH CAPITAL ONE. I OWN NO CRDIT Cards

They call multiple times a day and I have informed them to stop calling. They ignore that and keep calling anyway

I admit that I am late on my payment. I will get it to them as soon as possible, really this week, but they calls me all day, at work and on my cell phone. I've told them that it is against our office policy to receive personal calls. They still call. I called them back one day last week and talked to a lady named Teresa (not sure if the spelling is correct) to tell them that they are not allowed to call me at work. She hung the phone up in my face.

They call on Sundays starting at 8am. and on Holidays. You make arrangements with them and they continue to harass by excessive calling. Will only give name of Linda and after 3 to 4 times asking who they are with then they say they are with Capital One.

Many calls from this number, finally was able to answer as no messages were left and it was capitol one asking for someone I have never heard of, was told would be removed from "the list", we will see if thats true...

Did not answer.

This is Capital One credit card collections call.

I have received numerous unmerited calls from this entity on my trac phone. I will not answer and use up my paid for minutes.
