Dear Jeffery Aldous,

I spoke with the Monroe Verizon Office on February 8, 2014. They assured me that this matter is resolved and that I owe nothing further to Go-Wireless. (See attached copy with zero balance due). The Go Wireless device never worked as it was advertised.

I dispute the validity of your claim in your letter of 1/24/2014.

It is Aldous & Assoc, They are calling bugging me about a Youfit membership in FLA.
A membership that I canceled 1. at the end of my ONE year term and 2. before I moved out of state away from the gym.

I contacted Youfit, they talked to billing and said that it was a mistake, and that it would be taken care of.. but I am still getting calls from them.. They are the most condescending a** holes you will talk to.. They talk down to you, and all but accuse you of being a liar over the phone.. BOTTOM feeders to the extreme..
It is a waste of your time talking to them, you just need to call the company they are representing and work with them... the "Lawyers" won't believe anything you say...
