A heavy accented man who claims to be from IRS and if I don't call back this phone number and pay up, they will send police to arrest me. It's a scam! The IRS does NOT call you to have you arrested. Just tell them to send policy and they will hang up.

Scam call --- individual claimed to be with the IRS. Individual did not sound like a native English (American English) speaker. Threatened criminal prosecution for "tax evasion."
