A female bill collector saying her name is Dionne Hoover, who is extraordinarily very rude and will not identify the business, name, address, etc. When the information is requested in accordance with Federal Law, she sneers and says she doesn't have to follow the law. A complaint has been made to the NC Attorney General office, but they need the business name. She calls my workplace as well multiple times as well after being told to Cease and Decist.
