I'm very scared, this # doesn't show up in my normal android call log, only in some call blocking apps. This # has never rang, it goes to voice mail without me ever knowing. they leave scary heavy breathing voice mails, some with muffled talking, some with barking dogs in the background, some sound as if they are using a voice changer, some in spanish, some with children yelling in the background then mumbling.
this number somehow shows up as my voice mail # when I dial 1 to connect to voice mail. I found it in my contacts and never added it.
for the past almost 3 years, I've had to move to 3 different places, now moving to my 4th soon, due to someone kicking my front door when im sleeping, always gone by the time I get up to check, my gmail showing location history around my home like in the field behind my backyard. I've been threatened with being shot by my old downstairs neighbor, Joseph Scarpulla. I go outside and suddenly people are vigorously honking their car horns and screaming at the to of their lungs. I have someone tap on my window frequently, at all 3 past places I've lived the past 3 years. when I look, their already gone. people giggle and talk about what im saying to my 3 year old from the other isle over in the grocery store. my electric bill was more than 3 times the amount a couple months back, we did nothing out of the ordinary that month. I'm receiving complaint letters from the city of sacramento warning us to stop waisting water, but our grass is completely brown and im in a 4 bedroom home with just my son and I untill about 8pm everyday. I can no longer use any 3 of my gmail accounts without getting kicked off. I have found my phone data describing a blue tooth connected to my phone from a Chrysler Infinity G3. I don't own a vehicle or know anyone with that kind of vehicle. CPS has be called on my, to my knowledge, 3 times in the past three years, All now dropped or closed. I'm told Sallie May (from my old student loans) is automatically taking $150 from my SSI Disability checks monthly, but I have no record of this from anyone, I still receive emails from Sally May asking me to set up a payment plan. nothing shows on my bank accout either.
I have had many people say they've been trying to call my cell, but I never saw the missed call, received a voice mail, or saw/heard it ring.

I'm extremely scared. I keep findin creepy messages that sound as if they use voice changers, some just mumbling with dogs barking in the background, some in spanish or spanish accent askin for someone else. It's showing up as my voice mail number when I hold 1 to dial v.m.
I am mentally ill and no one believes me. not even sacramento p.d.
I'm scared I am in serious danger

I don't know why they are saying that from my bank and i do not want then to call me again so i want to block then from my number

always originates from Santa Barbara, California....different incoming telephone numbers.

Claiming to be a prison call to trick you into "opting out" which will put you on an automatic calling list. Do not redial.

some kind of collection scam agency. keeps calling me from different numbers looking for a woman that i do not know.
