Says they're getting messages about your IP address and would like to correct it.

Spoke in some Asian language
Claimed they were from DC Solutions and were calling about my computer. I told him that I didn't have a computer. He said "ok" and hung up. Total SCAM.
817-601-3743 is phishing and/or illegal.
Many SCAM or SPAM callers use "Spoofed" phone numbers [regular numbers that are not their own to use], to prevent anyone locating them.
NO message left. Unable to call it back: my calling service pops up message: "Call failed to connect or disconnected because the number was unreachable"
Has called our home-number multiple times over weeks.
NO way to contact whoever it was calling.
MANY of these kinds of calls don't even make our phone ring; don't leave any trace on caller ID, not even "Unknown", nor "Anonymous"...or as Google labels some "100%SPAM"...not even that was on our caller ID. Our.Phone.Didn't.Even.Ring. It went straight to message, which they didn't leave.
This caller is taking great effort to avoid anyone locating or identifying them.
