Received call from same number today stating my escrow account was negative some funds totaling less than $1000. Got into heated debate about the incident as my mortgage statement states my escrow account is current. Ask to be provided written documentation to support negative claim, which he declined to provide. Insisted of I did not pay, the mortgage company would proceed with foreclosure action. I advised him that if they did, I would sue their asses for everything.

They called from a North Carolina number but I was to return the call at a Los Angeles number. They called through my mortgage company Ocwen saying I had 3 hours to pay back insurance and taxes or they would be foreclosing on my home. They refused my request to be notified by mail saying I had ignored them. I called my mortgage co back and asked for the foreclosure office. My account is current and they have had this happening. Informed me to NOT pay a cent. Fake name guy on the phone was trying to intimidate me which really angered me
