Telephone number 8442068573 has called me 6 times in the past 2 days. They left a voice mail message saying they were Spectrum an to call them within 24 hours rgarding a change in service. They called on Friday night.

Its spectrum. I did some digging. Its the number that calls when a bill is past due under your number. Long story short my wife didnt take out payment to spectrum like she said she would...

It is actually spectrum i did some diggimg and that is the number that calls when a bill is overdue and is under that particular phone number... long story short my wife did not make our payment like she said she would.

Very annoying. Calls every friggin hour.

They won lt stop calling... day and night. it's a legit company but just too pushy, it's annoying.

I work for them in the payment department people think it's spam all the time! IT IS NOT SPAM! STOP LYING TO US WE SEE THE NOTES ON YOUR ACCOUNTS you tell us you are going to pay on another day and make the payment as soon as you disconnect the phone with us. 😂😂 I promise we don't want to steal your information. Pay the bill and you won't receive the calls if not listen to the representative for instructions on how to remove the number you cant just say remove my number from this list and hang up and get mad when you still get calls it doesnt work like that we have to verify the number and then remove it....yes your auto Pay sometimes fail so listening is key, no we don't save card info on file for security purposes, yes we are real people please keep that in mind cause people can be rude. And also 99 percent of calls are notated on the account. We can save confirmation numbers from payments on the account, we can tell if you've made payments with a card or a check we can only accept payments tho. Issuing you credits and viewing prices of package deals and change of information we'd have to transfer you to customer service! It's offensive seeing other people saying its spam when they don't even try to investigate....all you have to do is simply call the number back and you will see that its actually spectrum
