Called, Hung up

Will call u about 20 times a day and when u call that number back they ask for ur info...well if they were legitimately Spectrum then they would already have that information (like ur phone number which obviously they have lol) I called the actual Spectrum customer service number and they said that they didn't call and if they had then they would have u go through customer service first and not just a stand alone payment system. So if unsure call spectrum amd talk to a person first.

Not Spam; This is Spectrum advising me to pay my over due balance, or get shut-off. It was as a courtesy, as me paying it online today, as I planned to, would not be posted for 2 days-- and I would get turned off anyway. I paid it-- saw the payment reflected in my Spectrum account. Sigh

Call u multiple times a day (even on Sundays). Was told by Spectrum it was not them. Also if u actually call the number it claims it is the payment system of Spectrum but it doesn't have ur account when calling like it usually does when u call actual Spectrum. It asks for ur account info but Spectrum when u call already has that info.....it is a phishing scam

I have been getting calls from this number at all times from early morning up to 8 or 9 pm. they never say a word but stay on line and I just hang up. Several people plus what I have read on line if you get a phone call and they let it ring one time or hang up when you answer plus if they don't say something to never call the number back. I'm tried of every kind of scam that goes on. Phone, internet. I looked this number on line and wow a bunch of people are getting calls from this number and now I know what is going on.

Scam! If you doubt a number call Spectrum directly. My bill is paid in full via my autopay account after checking in with my actual account on Spectrum. When in doubt call the actual company via their secure line.

I get at least 2 calls from this number daily. They're Blocked!!

They call every day starts at 8 am my time they have gone as far as to send a text message demanding a call back. Best part is i don't have cable or in the area where spectrum is available. No voice message is ever left but the one time i did answer but did not speak all you could hear was someone pounding on a table or desk.

IT IS NOT SPECTRUM. DO NOT PUT IN ANY OF YOUR INFO. It is a scam. I confirmed it with actual Spectrum today. They have records of every call to a customer including robo-calls and had none to me and I've been getting 8 calls a day. I was mad. That number is NOT one of their numbers. Block it!!

this number should be classified as harassment it's on the grounds of illegal, it's against Federal law and this number should be reported to the FTC or FCC

Been getting the number calling multiple times a day so I called spectrum with the number on my bill and when I talked to someone at the actual spectrum and read back the phone number they said that number is definitely not associated with Spectrum. It's annoying and insane how stupid they are. When you answer the phone when they call it hangs up and when you call the number back it sounds legit BUT DEFINITELY NOT and dont give out any info. I messed with them when I talked to them and asked them if it would be best to use my black card or just a regular Amex and then I went on to tell them that I'm not stupid and they need to get a better scam going and also I asked them what my account number what and they couldn't verify. Spectrum said it's a spoof call where scammers have accessed certain phone numbers.

Keeps saying j have a account when I dont
