have been receiving call from 1-844-248-6949, called it back received a voice message advising that the call would be recorded for training purposes then was connected to Firestone who did not know anything about the number. Have been receiving the calls for the past 2 - 3 months

tech support scammers that claim they see a red flag on security software they installed. don't fall for it. they are trying to get access to your system and are not connected to microsoft, dell, etc.
