This is a scam call. They claim to be Dell Tech Concierge, but they are not. If you want Dell Tech, go on their website and get a legitimate number.

Claimed to be Dell Concierge and destroyed my computer. I cannot access it at all...they placed some sort of password access on it.
Found out from the real dell that is their way of making you pay them to fix what they messed up purposefully. BEWARE!!
Finding a local American company for all my computer tech support!!

This is a Dell Computer support service. It is a legitimate call from Dell providing support for those who have electronics and service those who have these electronics. It is a good call.
