Nasty and now calling my family.

Does not identify who they are when leaving message only that they have a case open on you, rattle off some number then tell you write it down, press 1 to speak to a rep. I called back to find out its a collection agrncy didnt get name she said it so fast and wouldnt repeat.

They have called my number several times in one day they even called my work place and left message on machine. I called them back today, when I did they said they were a debt collection, I asked two times what was the name of company and neither time could I understand the man on the phone. He then asked me to verify my social security number, I told him no... that I was not gonna give him any info about my SS# and that legit debt collectors do not ask that info on the phone and if I actually do owe a debt I am not notifying him I want written info regarding debt sent to me in writing via United States Postal service. He said he is a debt collector and he does not have to provide such info per mail and since I wouldn't give him my SS# , he can no longer carry on with the phone call, I continued to state that according to the Fair Debt credit act, his company must honor such request, then he interrupted me and stated,"Lady, I didn't take out this loan and you won't give me your SS#, so this phone call is over!" he then hung up on me. Ironically, an hour later this company called me AGAIN and left VM stating to call them and gave me a claim number. Apparently they are not legit cause I don't have any loans out and legit debt collectors can only legally CONTACT YOU ONCE A DAY! THEIR NUMBER IS NOW BLOCKED!

Will NOT stop calling!!! It's seriously getting old! Calls and leaves a message with a claim number...guess what I'm not calling you back...nor am I stupid enough to give you my personal information! So give up!!!

Second time today this number has called me...both times I've not answered it. These people need to be stopped! This is ridiculous and harassment...I do NOT owe money to anyone, nor have I EVER applied for some online loan! Legal action needs to be taken against these people

They say that they have a claim and give automated number end say call back I'm not stupid...AIN'T GETTING ANYTHING FROM ME!

Claiming to be a debt collector, and demanding I call them back. I don't even owe any debt. I pay my bills on time. Leave a message, but after reading these other comments I'm glad I didn't answer the phone

Started asking for my ss#, and when I said "Please send me the verification of this through the USPS" immediately hung up. Number now blocked.

A recording looking for an ex-husband with some weird case number. Haven't even spoke to this ex since 2001. No idea.

Same as everyone else. Said to have a payday loan out in 2011 while husband worked at X company. Except he didn't work at X company in 2011 and we never took out a payday loan. Threaten to sue and we are going to get served. Husband just responds "Bring it on! My attorney would love to take care of this in court, except it will never get there because your company is a fraud!" They hang up and call back a few weeks later. Now calling my phone.
