Calls all the time finally answered. They say they are a Windows Support company that Dell contracts too. They say you have an infection on your computer and want to help you clean it up. As soon as I mentioned that I am a Server Admin and started asking question about what malicious software etc, they stated ok you can deal with it your self. Not to mention they were calling about a Laptop that died on me 1.5 years ago and was replaced by a new one. I think Dell lost some client information, and am going to contact them about this.
