These sh**h**ds called my cell phone 4 times and my wife's cell phone 3 times all in the same day. Who are these people, there is no one on the other end, not even heavy breathing, just silence.

these calls are dialed automatically. When the information appears on the screen then it auto dials the number and most of the time the representative dont even know when it is answered. I have reported the calls to the attorney generals office for the state I live. The no call system does not work as they have 100's of numbers. Check your state laws and report this abuse. If we stick together maybe something will happen. Good luck to you and I know this is very annoying.

847-488-3313 has just started calling our 10 yr. old nephew's cell phone that we gave to him to call us in case of emergencies. It's a very limited cell line and Chase is chomping up the minutes.

They called Sunday, June 12, Wednesday, June 16 several times while he was either in school or away with us. They leave no messsage and today when I got to the phone no one would talk to me.

Someone said it was Chase Collections. A subsequent search showed it to be affiliated with Chase Bank. We have no dealings with Chase Bank and are not behind on anything so what's the deal?

The #+847-488-3313 are Chase. It is the collection department. I called the 800 number. She at first said that she did not know, and then I asked her a few more question about Chase, then she said no. It was not a Chase phone number. So I kept it up with some facts about consumer rights, and then she said to hold on a minute she was going to check the number. She did come back and said it was Chase collection department. I told her about all the calls I was getting. The bottom line is they do not care. Yes I was tired of all the calls. I filled out complaints online to see what can be done. So If chase is saying it’s not them it is………And yes the calls are coming from INDIA and they do not care about U.S Laws.

A minimum of 5 calls per day and a maximum of 7. This is just WAY too much. There is ZERO logic behind these sort of harassment tactics. If they are having difficulty reaching me then LEAVE A MESSAGE! And if they sense that I might be reluctant to answer the call it might just be because they're so annoying they have officially lost the privilege of speaking to me. If you treat ME with respect, then I treat YOU with respect....nuff said.

There is logic in these types of harassment tactics. They are trying to make the person who owes the debt stressed out, and having several calls a day with or without messages makes the person feel like they have no personal privacy and no where to hide from their debt. I myself have dealt with Wells Fargo collection and their tactics are similar to Chase bank. The people working for these collection agencies/ and or banks have no idea how much stress they can put on a person. They really do not care either since they get paid by the hour and commission. I have a couple of solutions that might work. First off change your cell phone number if you can or add ALL the numbers they call you under a different ringtone like silence. Then once YOU have the time and assets in order to pay the debt call them and ask for a settlement on the debt owed. You can get it down to .50 on the dollar in some cases. Anyway most of the debt is caused by INTEREST that banks like to charge so it really isn't what YOU LOANED. Say I borrow you 5 bucks for lunch am I going to ask for 7$ when i get payed back... NO?

This is why are country is in such a massive depression. Interest rates charged by banks are ridiculous, and same with other so called "charges". The worlds biggest bank the federal reserve uses this tactic to flood the U.S. economy with paper money. Once the united states LOANS money from them they are left owing interest that must be payed back with another LOAN so you can see it is an endless cycle of debt all Americans have to pay for. And who thought it would be a good idea to have the USA loan money from a private bank that is no more federal than Fed-ex?

To conclude, these tactics are supposed to keep us "sheeple" in line. Banks are predators of the Public and their hard earned money. Always if you can without the possibility of garnishments or repossessions go for the settlement you will save more money that way I think. I also suggest watching the movie Zeitgiest.

Call numerous times a day. They call an unattended business line. We have hundreds of calls from them. They are ruining the line for legitmate messages, as we delete all this junk. I called the number it it chase bank. I asked them to stop calling our business line, but we still are getting messages.

They constantly call on a daily basis AT LEAST five times a day and NEVER leaves a message. If you call someone and need to speak with that person you should leave a messge so they can call you back. If I don't recognize a number I will not pick up. HINT!!!!!

They call every day, about 4 times- 8:45am, lunchtime, afternoon, dinnertime. Once I answered and there was no one there. Once they left a message and it was unintelligible but very obviously meant for someone else. So annoying!
