The caller says they are from Spectrum . They call my cell phone which is NOT listed on my Spectrum account and they argue it is . They say they have all my info and want me to verify it . I called Spectrum , and they affirm they have NOT called , and my cell is NOT listed on my account . They transferred me to the Fraud division .
