3/13/2012 Mortgage refi lead generation company in India. Goes by the name "American Home Mortgage". After pre-qual, they transfered the call to Augusta Financial www.augustafinancial.com in Westlake Village, CA. Augusta seems a legit mortgage broker, but they seem to be unaware that they are buying leads from a telemarketer in India that grossly violates the TCPA with fake Caller ID, fake company name, and calling numbers on the DNC

Any one can call the California bar assocation and report this lawyer for harassment. They will not like their license attacked. A lawyer with out a bar license is worthless.

The heavily accented E. Indian callers refused to divulge their address and company name, but they were calling today on behalf of K & M Law, a Professional Law Corporation, located in Costa Mesa, CA 92626. K & M called about two hours after the 7:59 a.m. [illegally early] call by the lead aggregator. They are hawking loan modification services. Also called on Valentine's Day.

Not able to answer before they hung up. Time of call was 5:30 AM and they called twice, each one ringing 4-5 times. I would sure like to get up close and personal with the A$$hole person or company making these calls.
