I constantly receive this same phone call from different numbers. I never answer the call and I don't have any unpaid bills. I know this is false because I pay all my stuff on time. Also, they never say my name or what this is referring to. Below is the transcribed voicemail message:

It is imperative that you take immediate action to avoid potential consequences to prevent escalation and resolve this issue. Press one now."
