They said they had a formal complaint against me and were going to file the paperwork with the county courts. They had another collection agency call me last week and try to get money from me saying I had a pay day loan five years ago to a bank account that I haven't had in 10 years.

Sounds like someone using a computer to talk. Said I had a complaint against me and they are filling it with the county courts. I have no clue of anything i would be in trouble for. But when I googled the number people were complaining of them calling about payday loans they didn't have.
