Caller said I had a virus on my computer and said virus was sending emails to other dell customers..if this number pops up on your phone don't answer it.i have this number blocked and they call numerous times a week

They hacked into my computers then called pretending to be a dell technical support employees, names were Smith Anders and Mark Hernadez. Two days later my computer required a Admin password to proceed but then said this computer had non admin accounts. Had to reset my computer from scratch losing everything. I reported to it Dell and FTC.

Yes the called me and they wanted me to purchase a firewall product which cost $4,000 that's when I knew they were a scammers. I'm going to contact the FBI to investigate that number.

Scammer from India pretending to be Dell Technical Support saying they had an alert that my pc was infected with a virus and needs attention.
