I received a call from this number while I was on the telephone with Verizon customer service... a nearly 1 hour long conversation trying to fix a billing problem. I can see why Verizon called me for a customer service satisfaction survey while I was still on hold with Verizon customer service...they likely did not want to hear what I would say. That would be because the manager in the customer service department was explaining to me that the guaranteed rate I was promised to receive up to an including my bill dated August 3, 2018 was not going to be honored and Verizon would be charging me a higher rate than the one guaranteed and also would hit me with an early termination fee of $120 if I decided to leave Verizon before August 2018 due to the misrepresentation on Verizon's part! You cannot call back that satisfaction survey number to leave a response!
855-396-8939 Called back and a programmed message said it's from Verizon following up to rate experience for recent service and ends. Curious thing, I haven't called Verizon for any service at all.
Called at 9 am on Saturday morning. When I answered there was no one on the line - hung up.
I answered but no person was on. when clicking sound started as if I was going to be transferred to someone, I hung up.
