Robot call
Claiming to be Microsoft. Same as others. Threatened to shut down all MS accounts. Hope the scammers pay.

Received a call today stating my Microsft License Key had expired and that I would lose all computer services. I was instructed to call 855-539-4920. I suspected the call was bogus and did a computer phone search.

They called today , left a message as to my Microsoft account . I called them back , a foreign voice came on stating his name is Charlie with Microsoft . I asked for his ID number and was given MS864056 , which does not exist . Please prosecute these Scammers to the hilt

They called my cell hone three times today, from 844-757-2614. Message identical each time except preceded by a number code that is different. Same Microsoft message as others on this thread, to call the 855 number.

called 2x left message. file an FTC complaint

Rec'd a VM on 9/17/16, 4:13 EDT (cell phone) stating that my Microsoft License Key had expired. Anything I have related to MS is fine and up-to-date. Also rec'd a similar call on my WORK number?! That time, I answered the call and also had a rep with an Indian accent. When I told him I didn't even own anything with Microsoft (wanted to hear his reaction), he immediately hung up.

We also received a robocall yesterday, September 17, 2016 The phone number was masked and saying that our microsoft license key had expired and would be terminated and that we would lose all of our computer services unless we called 855-539-4920 immediately to renew the license. SCAM!

Recording that my Microsoft License Key had expired and all services would stop, and to call (855) 539-4920 to renew.

Received the call message today, said was from Microsoft and my license had expired and to call back. My MS software works fine; this is a thief. Don't give them any info or access to your computer.

I too got a call just now from this number. Looked up the number got all this good info on here. I tried to call the number busy signal is all I got. That is not Microsoft. Scam for sure

Caller said my Microsoft License was expired, I don't have a Microsoft product.

855-539-4920 Caller ID: Toll Free Call at 1:33 p.m. 8/19/2015 guy ask if this were Donna and told me that his name was Sam, from Dell that he worked on my pc around November 2014 and that session ID changed and is showing that Microsoft program and pc not working. I ask if he worked on my pc in my home or remotely and he said remotely and I ask for his number at Dell. I received the same caller id number and replied that I did not let anyone work on my pc. I have a excellent memory and this same voice caller did one of the scam IRS calls to my home a few months ago.

I also got a call from 8555394920. The person said his name was Sam and he was a Microsoft representative. I started asking him technical questions he could not answer. I called him back, and he said hello . They have a registered web site http://www.keyuratech.us/.

The owner is from India, but there website says they are located in Portland.
