No did not call charges appeared on my acct. $291.76 they took from my card. Card cancelled theft charges being filed. But I have no money to pay for medications. Food and personals. Acct wiped out. Pretended to be car protection insurance.I found 855-707-7328 in my spam. How did they get my card #. I have no spectrum acct. I don't have any cable no internet no association business nothing. They need to be wiped out

Spectrum corporate escalations. Called me after I filed complaint with state Public Utilities Commission. Wanted to record the call but would/could not share recording with me and told me he had to disconnect call.

They called me. Asked to speak with my correct name. Caller described that someone had called into dispatch about a box sitting in the street corner near my address and asked if I could look. I asked again for the area of the box and they hung up.

I called Spectrum to report a cable tv problem. i requested callback and after 45mins received callback from this number. My cable tv problem was already resolved. I chose opt 9 to cancel callback. Seems like it was a Spectrum callback. what was weird is my phone # is not associated with the cable acct., and I did not indicate a call back ph#. The Spectrum system somehow recorded my phone number.

Called my Google Voice number and left a voicemail. It was a robotic voice, the first part of the message was cut off. All that was recorded was "this issue. Goodbye."

Unauthorized charge on my debit card showed up on my statement as Spectrum 855-707-7328, same as another post.

They got 880$ from me. No idea how they got my card number

Got a call from this number today, area code 855 is in California - I lived in New York - why do I have to talk to California? I don't know anyone in California!!

855-707-7328 12/9/19 5:47 pm Called our home phone, ID said Spectrum but we didn't answer as there would be no reason to call us. A message was left to the effect that "they had detected trouble with our connectivity and to call them back". I didn't want to risk it so called legit spectrum customer service # from my bill.

Sure enough - Spectrum said they would NOT MAKE SUCH A CALL. EVER. And they could see our signals were fine.

A caller reporting before me had answered, believed the scammers, "confirmed" her CC # for them, and they'd ripped her off in the name of Spectrum for $700 for "equipment".

WHERE IS THE FCC for crooks like this?!

They got me for $70.00. On my visa. Don't know how they got my cc#. A bunch of scammers. They need to shut them down.

The names associated with this number are Rachel and Frank. However, this is the cutomer service number listed to call onSpectrum account. Something's afoul.

I got charged for ANOTHER $131. That’s $290 in just 5 days. Last I checked, I’m not subscribed to Spectrum. I haven’t even received a single email from them. I had to temporarily close my account for possible fraud.
