Complete scam. Do not respond to these people they are trying to get into your computer and charge you for an alleged problem to fix it. This scam can get into all your info. Block and report these people to the FCC.
This number left a computerized voice message on our answering machine stating that we need to call the number otherwise we will be locked out of our computer. Don't be fooled.
