Once I goggled and called up to dell support at this number to tell them that my laptop is working really slow. There is this guy named "peter brown", accent was eastern attended it and asked me for all the details like my SVG number of my laptop, email, name, phone number and told me that he wants it just to verify my records.He connected locally with my screen i.e. I could see his mouse moving on my computer and then in between he made the mistake to ask me that if I'm using moving the mouse this side. It striked me then and there. But, he has already run cmd on my laptop and showed me that it is hacked by hackers and they are using internet without my permission. He made my fear up as if I'm getting hacked by some people. He also told me that Dell has no level 7 experts. So he can actually call the people who work for other companies and they are gonna charge pretty low for that as compared to others. He told me not to go to local store like walmart to correct it. Dumbass doesn't know that walmart has no dell customer care support. Finally, I told him I don't wanna go for that and disconnected.
Please beware of this number. Someday cops gonna fetch him..!!!

when I googled the no. for netflix technical support, this came up and the "nice young man" kevin on the other end asked for my e=mail address so he could connect to my computer (mac) I could watch my cursor move and see him change screens etc...he said that there were a number of websites that could easily hack into our mac, and that I should seriously consider a network connection update....ie: clean out hard drive, set up new IP address........all that that entails ! so, he asked for my zip code, and said he would find someone in my area to "help" me.so this guy comes on the phone with 5h business solutions in NEW JERSEY, I live on the west coast !!!!!! I was already feeling uneasy before and told the guy when he asked if I wanted to "go for it" after telling me all the things he could do to fix my mac........no one had asked for money, yet, they were banking on the fact that they had worked up my fear of hackers ! so I told the guy no, that no one was going to work on my computer unless I set it up myself locally and face to face....very scary......the name "kevin" is not an east indian name, which should've set off a red flag. after the phone call, I googled the actual phone no., and google maps showed it in Oklahoma, but like our computer guy says, they can cover their phone no.'s pretty well to look like the US. please have a healthy dose of doubt whenever you get into situations like that and have someone reputable or someone you know personally look into your pc problems.
