I get calls on a daily basis from 859-203-06xx numbers that show up as Warsaw KY. They all have a different story but will say, you are on a recorded line, can you hear me. From what I have heard they are recording if you say YES to use as authorization to put charges on your phone or credit cards. I have called Verizon wireless and the police who say they are number jacking calls from out of the country. If you ask them don't call they just hang up, no I am sorry or anything. If you call back you will get a recording to press 9 and be put on a do not call list which does not work. Lazy low life scammers who have no decency to get a real job but would rather steal someone else's money.
