RPM collection agency call my house every day day after day after ay asking for Teresa Chaney or Charles Chick to pay a debt owed. RPM collection agency threaten to have me arrested by the Indianapolis Police department if i dont tell them information they need I dont know these people RPm collection agency is rude very disrespectful business

They asked me to call back regarding RPM. I called back later to tell them I am on the do not call list and asked them to not call here again. They said I had won a cruise and wanted me to pay a port fee. I never enteted any contest or asked for a cruise in any way. I have done no business with this company and in no way gave permission for this call. I believe this is a scam that I have heard people talk about where they use the port fee to get your credit card info. Last time they called, I told them to never call again, because I am on the do not call list and they said okay, but they just called me again.

They left a voice mail message on my cell phone saying they are a debt collector. They left a phone number to call, 866-212-7408, but that is not the number on the display. That number is 240-210-7114, and I have about 9 calls from them going back to April, 2012.

Called my House, Rep. lied about his name and what they do. My house got a call from a "Charlie Jonathan" (@ 6:36PM). They stated that they were calling from Seattle under a Maryland area code (1-240-210-7113) and left an 866 callback number. Upon calling the number, I initially asked what the company does and was hung up on, I called back and spoke with some rep who said that they can call from one area with a different area code and they were some kind of call center, And then hung up on my. I called a third time, with a rep who said that they do various different things, and would not indicate if they were a collection agency. Upon looking at their site, in the About Page:

"Mr. George had spent 20 years working in the collections industry where he worked his way from being a collector to becoming a Vice President of Operations for one of the largest collection firms in the USA." --http://www.receivablesperformance.com/inside.php?pg=about

They would not give this info! And they called for some unknown person!
