THey left a message to call back and when I did got a run around to several different people....don't owe any money to EOCCA

I got a message from Steve Low ? at the EOCCA saying he was collecting debt. When I called back I got passed around 4 people and then put into his extension which rang and rang. They asked for my social which I did not give them.
Call back number was 877 533 6998 ext 34124

left a message saying from eocca. called back and only get ringing. I do not have a collection account .
prpbably a scam , will report their number to atty General in state of CT. called At&T looking into ivestigating it.

Recorded message on my answering machine identifies themselves as EOCCA calling in an attempt to collect a debt. I have attempted to return the call and get only ringing. This company apparently uses other phone numbers (sometimes identifying themselves as CCA) and others have had problems returning the call and don't know why they are calling (no money is owed to anyone). Not sure what this is about or it is some kind of scam.

I got a letter from these guys saying that I owed on an AT&T bill. I never had AT&T. I've been with Verizon for the last 6 years. They are also tacking on extra fees (400 bucks to be exact). Needless to say, I'm not paying any of it. AT&T couldn't find an acct under my name or ssn.
