I was given this number by Verizon rep. Core had a hold on my credit. Owned by Experian. I see most everyone thinks its a scam.

This is a phishing scam, hang up or don't answer. Are not any company that they may claim to be. Never give out personal information to a incoming call. Not even from someone that claims to be a relative or is a relative. A real relative will come over to ask...
I just got a call from Verizon wireless but wasn't very clear so I asked why he is calling but he hang up. I was going to call Verizon to cancel some of our services but glad I didn't or I'd be giving private info....
call claiming my verizon wireless account has been suspended i checked of course and it wasn't so its a scam call
Same thing to me in Michigan 11/1. I blocked my phone, called back and got a very real verizon sounding recording but still didn't bite. I really worry about vunerable individuals!
