Just got a voicemail on my home phone "Hello, this is Angel calling on behalf of the Washington State Department of Health..." says she'll call again I a few days , it's about some survey. "Angel" left this as a call back number if I had any questions and she would call again in a few days.

I got a call from these people. After checking them out I found a little more about them. They're not the Department of Health - it's a research company called ICF doing a health survey for the DOH. I culled this from www.doh.gov/brfss. "ICF International, a health research company, will contact selected households on behalf of Washington State Department of Health. You may be contacted by phone or by mail. Caller ID will indicate that the call is from ICF."

Left a voice mail on my cell: "Hello, this is Angel calling on behalf of the Washington State Department of Health..." Goes on to say she'll call again I a few days to conduct "this important survey." "Angel" left this as a call back number if I had any questions. I'd block, but the problem is this, call doesn't show in my call log. ...
